标题: 有个米在networksolutions.com悲剧了,过期10天转不出也续不了费

前一阵有个米（朋友帮打的）在networksolutions.com，一直转不出，前几天过期了，本来要朋友帮续费，他有事给耽搁了。我找人代续，结果说续不上，可能要本人的信用卡

然后我还让朋友续，但续不了，提示如下：

We were unable to process your transaction due to an issue with your credit card information. Please note that multiple submissions of the same order can result in temporary charges appearing on your credit card. To complete this transaction, please contact a Customer Service representative at 1-855-354-0166.

到底怎么回事？哪位大神能说下具体什么原因，怎么解决？解决后必谢！

刚收到一封信，之前从一个老外那买了一个域名，
付款，给域名，看上去顺水顺风。
拿到域名后，想转回国内，说是改了名字要放30天才行，于是等30天，时间快到了，竟然收到如下邮件。郁闷，没明白这种情况，有人遇到过吗，几万块啊，打水漂了？

有类似海外买域名的前辈指点一下的没？
