　先天性心脏病是先天性畸形中最常见的一类，约占各种先天畸形的28%，指在胚胎发育时期由于心脏及大血管的形成障碍或发育异常而引起的解剖结构异常。由于现在越来越多的新生儿在出生后不久就会被检查出患了先天性心脏病，所以先天性心脏病发病率不容小视。伊丽莎白专家表示，四维彩超能够帮助宝宝远离先天性心脏病。

　　伊丽莎白专家表示，四维彩超是目前临**用来检查胎儿先天性心脏病的重要方法。准妈妈在妊娠的第22周-28周内，医生会建议准妈妈们做一次四维彩超，检测胎儿是否畸形，如心血管畸形、骨骼发育异常等，同时还能清晰的看到胎儿的躯体、头部、胎心跳动等状况。准妈妈在做检查的同时还应积极了解导致胎儿先天性心脏病的高危因素，及早预防，避免生下先心病患儿。
　　其高危因素分为胎儿和母体两个方面
　　胎儿因素：胎儿在宫内发育迟缓;出现合并腹壁裂、脑积水等器官畸形;羊水有过多或过少等异常情况出现;还会有心动过缓、心律不齐、心动过速等心律失常的发生;胎儿染色体异常;胎儿水肿，如心包积液、胸腔积液、腹壁积液、胎儿皮下积液等。
　　母体因素：怀孕早期的感染病毒，有服药、感冒、高热病史;母体患有糖尿病或结缔组织病或慢性酒精中毒时，易导致胎儿先天性心血管异常，较好好在准备怀孕时能积极治疗疾病，病情控制后，在医生的指导下再行生育计划;怀孕期间感染风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、人细小病毒等病毒感染都有可能导致胎儿先天性心血管畸形;妊娠早期受到放射性物质的照射，或接触染发剂、化学制剂、服用抗癌药物、油漆等。
　　专家提醒：怀孕后按时进行产检是防止生下先心病患儿的重要手段，建议准妈妈定期进行四维超声检查，当被确诊为先心病胎儿时，也无需惊慌，简单的先天性心脏病占先心病总数的80%，而一般简单先心病患儿在出生后可行手术治疗，成功率在99%以上，且患儿远期手术效果好，所以，即便得知胎儿先心病之后，也应确切孩子是否为简单先心病，不必急于进行引产。
