Verisign回答国际化域名要测试多久 When will the testbed be operational, and for how long?

The testbed is currently operational. The end of the testbed has not yet been established, but it is anticipated that it will generally correspond with the full migration of the SRS and our registrars to the standards for Internationalized Domain Names.

Why did VeriSign launch a testbed phase that allowed registrations before Internationalized Domain Name (IDN) resolution is operational?
The phased testbed enabled VeriSign and registrars to work together to contribute to the standards development process of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), and thereby more rapidly and effectively deploy an Internationalized Domain Name capability.
