谷歌收购265网址导航站迷局 各方闪烁其辞

　　经过查询，265.com域名的whois信息已于5月31变更为Google的相关信息。业内人士认为，此举清楚地表明，谷歌已完成对网址导航站265.com的收购。此前一直传闻Google收购265，不过均被蔡文胜本人否认，而谷歌相关人士也不愿对此发表评论。但谷歌曾投资265，希望265为谷歌引导流量。2004年8月，百度以数千万元的“代价”收购了网址导航站hao123。而3721也已变身为雅虎搜索的导航站。

　　“李开复的流量和业绩的压力太大了，”此前就有业界人士曾分析，谷歌收购265是为了更好拓展Adsence业务，并通过后者提升流量，增加网络广告收入。
　
　　在五一节前，265还进行了裁员，业内人士曾得到其内部员工证实。一直到两周前，蔡文胜还公开否认265将卖给谷歌，并称未能成交的原因是谷歌的出价太低了，“265创始人和股东之一IDG不能认同”。

　　265市场部人员不知情

　　265市场总监表示，还不知情。他称：“如果是收购，应该提前三个月对股权分配进行协议，但是内部至今没有动静。”该人士甚至对域名所有者已变更一事都不知情。分析人士认为，为了保密性，或许此次265被谷歌收购一事根本就未告知市场部。

　　谷歌：并没有收购265

　　针对谷歌已经收购265的消息，谷歌中国发言人称，谷歌“并没有收购265”。但她没有就“265.com域名信息指向谷歌”给出解释。她强调，谷歌和265一直有资本和业务上的合作，但“谷歌没有收购265。” 而蔡文胜的手机仍无人接听。业内人士认为，也可能是谷歌“只是控股了265”。

　　265.COM由蔡文胜创建于2003年5月，曾获得IDG VC投资。蔡文胜也是国内最著名的域名投资人之一。
